Registration Forms

Ross Bay Preschool accepts children regardless of religion, ethnicity or financial background.

A registration fee of $50.00 is required before a space at the preschool will be reserved. The registration fee is non-refundable and is put toward administrative costs as well as supplies. If it is decided that the space will not be used, the registration fee is non-refundable.

To ensure a space, we require the following:

• Completed Registration Form
• Photocopy of your child's current immunizations
• $50.00 Registration Fee (cash or e-transfer)
• Current Photo (brought on first day of class)

AFFORDABLE CHILD CARE BENEFIT

The Affordable Child Care Benefit helps families with the cost of care (approval depends on factors like family size, type of care and household income). Parents are responsible for renewing their benefit before their noted expiry.
